Why I started SquadLink

SquadLink was born from lived experience — building opportunities through sport in Tanzania, coaching grassroots football in England, and supporting my son’s journey into an elite academy environment.

Across every level, I saw the same thing: the passion was connected, but the systems were not.

SquadLink is built for the coach giving their evenings, the parent trying to keep up, the player trying to grow, and the clubs and communities that make sport possible.
